Competition Playing Handicaps: 95%
Annual Membership Fee: €20
Players must contact the organiser and request to play, ideally at least two days before the day of the competition.
Tee times for the Peanuts are limited and the Competitions Secretary often has to prioritise those members that will get a game based on the number of times they have played during the previous twelve months. Members can view the up to date list on Master Scoreboard under the Order of Merit section.

PLEASE NOTE LOCAL RULE RELATING TO THE ROCKY AREAS WHICH ARE NOW PART OF THE COURSE.
The Official Guide to the Rules of Golf (R&A/USGA) state that
Golf clubs and committees can adopt local rules when local conditions require special provisions.
This is a wording to cater for the new rocky areas which we are told are considered part of the course.
If your ball is in a rocky area you may take relief for one penalty stroke by using one of the following options:
-
Stroke-and-Distance Relief – Go back to where the previous stroke was made and play again.
-
Back-on-the-Line Relief – Drop a ball as far back as you want on a line going straight back from the hole through the point where the ball last crossed the edge of the rocky area.
-
Lateral Relief – Drop a ball within two club lengths of the point where the ball last crossed the edge of the rocky area, not nearer the hole.
WITH EFFECT 1ST.NOVEMBER WE HAVE TO SEND THE LIST OF PLAYERS TO GDS 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR NAME DOWN TO PLAY.
